So that morning I started a new diet of my own to help myself, now i'd seen all those diets on the net and all their glossy mags about loosing weight how you had to go top a gym and weight lift, and buy this and that, and thought what a load of rubbish.Then out of no where, came this Idea about watching what I put into my mouth, so from that time on I started slowly cutting out all bad fats, from my diet, like MacDonald s, you read right the Golden Arches the fat they use to cook that food is boiled and boiled over and over again ??? not to good for our bodies. OK more tomorrow.
